During the day I work as a residential loan mortgage processor with *Universal Lending Corporation , helping people attain their dream of home ownership. This is a career that I stumbled upon and I enjoy navigating the crazy, always changing industry with my clients.  I am part of a dynamic loan team that brings expertise, common sense and knowledge to an insane and often confusing world.

At night and weekends, I’m usually curled up with a book, working out at the gym, coming up with all kinds of crazy posts and learning new ways to balance my health and life.  Being in a high stress occupation, balance is hard to find, but one worth pursuing.

I originally started this blog to publish my music reviews because I love music and used to be into the hip/hop creative talent/publicist scene.  I have since changed my focused and a new love of health and the idea of True Health (as I define it: A Balance of Body, Mind and Spirit) has infiltrated my life.  I realize that myself, along with so many other people have a difficult time “Connecting The Dots” between all three in order to achieve that balance.

The Mission of this newly revamped and focused blog is to show how each of the 3 pillars of health are connected; how to integrate them into your life and to provide honest feedback with my own experiences of this journey.  ****Though I may throw in a music review every once in a while for nostalgic reasons***
